Training

Differentiation-Based Approach to Relationship, Intimacy and Sexual Problems

This Hands-On Small Group Training utilizes the following educational objectives in teaching you a guiding model for effective psychotherapy.

  • You will walk away with principles that explain the intrapsychic issues of partners, the systemic patterns between partners and family of origin and cultural influences. You will have clear understanding of how problems develop and how to help people change.
  • These clearly articulated principles will become your road map as to how to proceed with couples.
  • Based on those principles, you will learn specific procedures and tools which enhance differentiation, facilitate changes in interactional patterns, and help clients to resolve the past in the present.
  • Most importantly you will understand how your own differentiation and personal development is a fundamental determinant of your effectiveness.

This training is 8 days long and is broken down into 4 two-day workshops over seven months.

Only 6-10 people will be permitted into the small group training experience. The training will be an intense blend of instruction, role play, consultation and exploration of self of the therapist.
